Hi, I’m Kim!
I’m so glad you’ve landed here.
My journey from working in the NICU to becoming a psychotherapist (MSW) has shaped my deep appreciation for the connection between healing and mental well-being.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating:
Anxiety
- Trauma
- Perinatal & postparum mental health
- Self-esteem & relationships
- Life transitions
- Women’s health
In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful mix of humor, psychoeducation and grounded care tailored to what you believe your needs are.
I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, mindfulness, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and polyvagal theory. I’m particularly passionate about EMDR, which helps reprocess and reframe difficult experiences like trauma, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs to foster resilience and create lasting change.
If this sparks any thoughts and feels right for you, let’s talk about it!

Hi, I’m Carley. I combine my background in counselling psychology with my lifelong experience with horses to create a therapeutic space that is supportive, grounded, and genuinely meaningful. As an Equine-Assisted Learning Facilitator and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, I integrate evidence-informed counselling approaches with the powerful experiential learning that naturally happens when working alongside horses.
In my sessions, I focus on helping clients build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication skills, deepen self-awareness, and develop trust—both in themselves and in others. My approach is gentle, client-centred, and collaborative, allowing you to explore your emotions, patterns, and strengths at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m passionate about making therapy feel accessible, engaging, and empowering. Through hands-on interaction with the horses, I support clients in gaining insight, building resilience, and experiencing meaningful personal growth.

Hi! My name is Chloe, I am a Registered Social Worker, dedicated to assisting individuals navigate conflict in their lives.
Professionally, I have a master’s degree in social work, with a focus in adult mental health. I have worked in the field of social work for seven years, primarily with children, adults, seniors, and healthcare workers.
Personally, I am a compassionate and strengths-focused individual, who believes in empowering others and finding solutions. As someone who attended therapy myself during a formative age, I understand how important rapport and connection are to the therapeutic experience.
In our sessions, I strive to create a comforting environment where you feel comfortable sharing, exploring, processing, and growing. My goal is to assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself by exploring your past and present, while we develop a plan and path to move forward.
Together, we will explore the root causes of conflict and behaviour in a strengths-based manner and work towards healing, building healthier habits and stronger relationships. Utilizing a psychodynamic approach, I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can focus on your growth and goals.
Fun Fact: I love to travel and try new things (at least once)! I have been cage diving with sharks in Gansbaai, stood atop the highest mountain in Indochina and ate san-nakji (live squid) in Korea.

I strongly believe that every person has the potential to engage with life in a way that brings them fulfillment and joy. My passion for helping others drives my desire to continue the broader conversation around mental health and advocate for mental healthcare as an important piece to our overall well-being. With the right help, we can find a balance which brings healing and growth in the face of life’s challenges.
As a Registered Social Service Worker and psychotherapist, I prioritize a person-centered approach to therapy by providing you with an empathetic and non-judgmental environment to explore the challenges you’ve been facing. In currently completing my Honours Bachelor of Counselling Psychology, I’ve learned how to bring together evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and many other approaches, with a supportive environment to help you build practical skills and mindsets to improve your life.
I have years of experience supporting adults, youth, and children in therapeutic settings working through difficult emotions, behavioral changes, major life changes, and meaningful self-development.
By incorporating pieces from many therapeutic approaches under a trauma informed umbrella, we can work together to find an approach that works for you. It’s important that people feel heard, supported, and engaged in the changes they want to see for themselves. People are wonderfully unique, and your therapy journey should be tailored to your needs!
Fun fact about me: I love all things music! Playing, listening, and exploring music as an art is something that brings me joy!

I have a passion for supporting others on their journey through life and personal well-being. I have faced many of my own adversities from childhood to adulthood which led me to my own healing journey that began over ten years ago. By utilizing my own lived experiences in addition to a higher level of education I am able to offer compassionate person-centered therapy. I value autonomy and self-determination for my clients as they are the experts of their own lives and we are equal partners working together in developing opportunities for growth and change.
I believe that health starts in the mind and is measured by the quality of our thoughts and the peacefulness we experience from within.
Together we will work to better understand and overcome personal struggles and conflict. We will address destructive thinking patterns, self-defeating behaviours, unhealthy coping mechanisms and break cycles of abuse. We will set you free from the barriers that have been holding you back from becoming your true authentic self.
Everyone’s life experience is unique; therefore, I provide individualized care while incorporating a biopsychosocial perspective, a strengths-based approach, and trauma-informed care. I intend to create a safe non-judgemental healing environment for self-exploration and discovery with the goal of empowering others and building resilience.
I have a passion for supporting others on their journey through life and personal well-being. I h...
